Gluten Free Successful Experiments

I went Gluten Free a couple years ago.  After taking a two week break from Gluten I noticed a drastic difference in my skin.  So I left it as far behind as I could.  Now, I experiment with my old recipes, and convert them over to Gluten Free.  I love to bake, and miss all the recipes from my past.  Yes, I could go out and buy Gluten Free bread at the grocery store, but frankly its not that great.  I like homemade soooo much better!  Plus it gives me some time in the kitchen with a warm oven and a huge pile of dishes to wash, and those wonderful aromas of baking I remember from my youth.
So here is my little page to show you what I've come up with.  If anyone is interested in a recipe, just email me and I will gladly email the recipe.  This blog isn't really a food blog, but I like to share.  If you're looking for Gluten Free food bloggers, they're out there and most of the ones I've come accross are good, you just have to dig for what you're looking for.  And most recipes that ask for regular flour can be converted, that's what my goal has been.  Let me know what you think.
