Where do I start? I've been into photography since I was a child. And once my husband bought me my first SLR I was even more hooked. I've taken classes and studied, and practiced, etc. Its ongoing, its an obsession, its a passion, its all that and more for me. I truly believe photography runs in my blood (my maternal grandfather was a photographer from WW2 on, and my paternal great-uncle was a photographer in California) both accomplished so much with their passions, I just have to admire their tenacity.
I've been a volunteer photographer for many years, not believing that my work was good enough to sell. I thought that I'll just give my work away to the people who asked nicely (and sometimes I still do). I've been paid some for my work along the way, I won't lie, I just didn't charge a lot (I couldn't bring myself to do so). Then this year I took a leap, at the urging of a friend, and I've loved it ever since.
